Welcome to our peaceful little cabin, designed for full immersion in nature. Lounge by the creek, gaze out XL windows, or cozy up by the fire – every detail invites you to slow down. Tucked on a quiet road just minutes from hiking trails and Willowemoc fly fishing, we’re also only a winding 15-minute drive to charming Livingston Manor, a quintessential Catskills town, and less than 2 hours from NYC.

Modern Open Concept Living

The main living space is open, airy, and made for relaxing. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors overlook the private backyard, deck, and stream. Inside, enjoy the warmth of a Jotul propane stove (fireplace vibes at the touch of a button). The dining table seats four for meals, games, or long conversations. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooktop (note: there is a countertop convection oven), toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, milk frother, and all the essentials.

Cozy, Comfortable Bedrooms

The primary bedroom has a Tuft & Needle king mattress perfectly positioned to face huge picture windows, wake up surrounded by trees and the sound of the brook. The second bedroom features a comfy queen mattress and oversized windows for natural light throughout.

The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, Hudson Made products, ample storage, and a washer and dryer.

Magical Backyard Setting

Our favorite part: the private, tree-lined backyard. The deck includes a Weber grill, dining table, and outdoor couch for meals or lounging. Head further back to find a hammock and creekside fire pit for true escape.

Pro tip: On a clear night, step into the yard, turn off the lights, and take in the stars.

Pet Friendly + Super Clean

We’re happy to host well-behaved dogs for an additional $50 pet fee. Please pick up after your pup! We clean thoroughly between guests, including vacuuming and wiping all surfaces, to keep things fresh for everyone.

Guest Access

You will have access to the property via self check-in with a key code on the front door. Parking for 2 available in the drive way.

Interaction With Guests

We try to be available as much as possible to help you during your stay – whether that means answering questions about where to go on a hike or a meal or how to turn on the dishwasher ;)!

Other Details to Note

We only have a small (but fancy!) countertop toaster oven and not a full-sized oven. It’s big enough to cook a chicken in, but maybe not massive sheets of cookies. 🙂

Our backyard has a fence the entire length of the road (which has minimal traffic as it is) for increased privacy but it is not fully fenced on the sides. While our backyard is not fully fenced in, our four-legged friends love that space to be out in nature as well so we do have a stake and long lead to screw into the backyard to keep your pup leashed up if needed.

We love how close to the creek our house is but that comes with lots of moisture in the soil surrounding and beneath our home. We have a sump pump in the basement to keep us from having any issues but it does make some noise when it is running and during especially wet days or seasons it can run pretty often. We have provided sound machines in both bedrooms to help cover the sound of this, especially during the night for sleeping but wanted to make sure you were aware of this. Thanks for your understanding!

Please only book in winter if you have a car that can handle mountain snow.

The area very near to the house has minimal/sometimes no cellphone service. We ask guests to write down the door code and wifi password before arriving at the house and turning on wifi calls once inside. The internet is quick and you should not experience any problems once connected to the wifi!
